NCPA respects the privacy of our members and visitors to www.frontendmarketplace.com (“the website”). To protect your online privacy, NCPA has implemented the following policy.
Information Collected – General
NCPA is the owner and operator of the website, and is the sole owner of the information collected on the website. NCPA, and its divisions, uses data collected to improve the user experience and our own web content; to respond to visitors’ interests, needs and preferences; and to develop and market new products and services.
This information is not sold or distributed in any other manner that is not disclosed in this policy.
Information Collected From Customers
To gain access to subscription/CE services on the website, or to obtain other information on the website, NCPA members and other users may be asked to register and provide some information. This information is submitted voluntarily. NCPA may ask users to provide information such as their name, member number (for members), company/pharmacy name, contact information, business phone/fax, and email.
Information Collected From General Users
NCPA does not collect any personal information from users browsing the website. Users to the public areas of the website browse anonymously. Only aggregate data (see Log Files) may be collected.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends and track users’ movements throughout the website. Aggregate data—such as the number of hits per page, what pages are visited, length of time of the page—are also collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal and marketing purposes and do not provide any personally identifying information.
NCPA may send out information on our products, services or special offers. We offer the option not to receive these types of communications. See Opt-Out/Redress below.
Cookies are files that contain information created by a web server that can be stored on a user’s hard disk for use either during a particular session (“per-session” cookie) or for future use (“persistent” cookie). Cookies are not used to disseminate significant information about users over the Internet or to analyze any information that users have knowingly or unknowingly provided. When a user registers, the system will ask whether the user approves of the attachment of a cookie. Users may instruct their Internet browsers to opt out of accepting a “persistent” cookie and rather accept only a “per-session” cookie, which requires logging in or filling out forms every time (if applicable).

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletters or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to the listed unsubscribe address or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, if any user suspects NCPA has handled its personal information in a manner that does not comply with this privacy statement, please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
